Nothing complicated — just what keeps the cabin in good shape for the next guests. Pets are allowed, but only one (1) dog at a time, all pets must be listed in your rental.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at this property with prior approval. Please review the following before booking:
Approval required: Message us before booking if you're traveling with a pet. Include the type, breed, and size of your pet.
Pet fee: A pet fee of $50 per stay (or per night) applies and covers additional cleaning.
Number of pets: Maximum of 1 pet per stay.
Supervision: Pets must not be left alone in the unit at any time.
Furniture & bedding: Please keep pets off the beds and furniture, or bring a cover/blanket for any spots they do use.
Cleanup: Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and in any outdoor areas.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet, which may be charged separately from the security deposit.
Noise: Please be mindful of barking or noise that could disturb neighbors.
Restricted breeds/animals: [List any breed or animal restrictions, if applicable — e.g., no exotic animals, breed restrictions per local law or insurance.]
Failure to disclose a pet prior to arrival may result in an additional cleaning fee or cancellation of the reservation.
Keep machines on the gravel/parking area, not on the lawn or landscaping near the house.
Boots, waders, and wet gear off at the entry — please keep muddy gear off the wood floors.
Store unloaded and cased when not in the field.
Heat runs on propane; leave adjustments to the host if anything seems off. The generator will start automatically if power is lost.
Quiet Hours: Keep in mind that sound travels easily out here in the woods, be aware of the neighboring camps.
Grill is on the back deck. Fire pit / burn ban notes - Fires are allowed in the fire pit only, please take not of any burn bans in the area.
Trash/recycling can be placed int he trash cans on the side of the camp and when you check out, please put all trash in those containers outside for pickup.
